I used the new SPECTRUM stamp set!  This is my favorite of the bunch!  The clouds are glittered and the sun is fussy-cut and popped up  :)  The patterned paper along the right is supposed to represent a rainbow, but I am not sure if it's an easy-read.  I colored my unicorn simply, but just wait until you see what our amazing designers created with this stamp set!  I can't wait to share them with you this month.

Albert Einstein was offered the presidency of Israel in 1952.

sooo, was your Monday dreadful or delightful?  I got a bunch of work done, so it was really great for me :)

k, is anyone else amazed by Laurie's mad sewing skills?  I could NEVER sew around a circle, let along so perfectly.  I am in awe!  I love the chevron bling and her soft grey, cream and pink makes a wonderful color combo.
(Just a Note)

Check out the story that Emily so brilliantly tells with many of our stamps and dies.  The inked blue edges reflects the water and the stamped ink splotches represent water...and I see how the blues goes from light to dark - I am probably over-thinking this, but I am personally blown away by this sweet card!!
(Word Bubbles dies, Captured Moments, Surf & Turf, Briny Blue, Just a Note)

TGIF!!  (totally glad it's Friday!)

Ashley used the feather pen exactly as I imagined...her fussy-cutting is perfect!!  Sweet design and all-around-darling little card!
(Scripty Sayings, Scalloped Circles dies, Just a note, Kissables 1)

Now this is one VERY coooool card!  It looks like wet paint!  Ack!!  Karolyn tore paper, then stamped the paint strokes stamps over the torn edge...and then heat embossed them onto black card stock - it's dang brilliant!!

I have a special treat for you today...we are sponsoring the Simon Says Wednesday Challenge blog.  If you play along, you will have a chance to win a $50. gift certificate to the Simon Says shop!  Wahoooo!

The theme...silly cards..."Let's have a laugh"!

...and here is mine...

Admittedly, I think I have a pretty goofy sense of humor.  Sometimes I am witty...most times I am nerdy and on rare occasions, I can really nail a joke!  I really do enjoy making people laugh...it just makes me happy :) I am sure that translates through my art as well.

I used a bunch of different stamp sets and dies to create this quirky scene.  I cropped with friends yesterday ans we all agreed that the bunny should be colored PINK!  Well, my pink bunny turned out mauve, weird!  I used different sized pop dots to add dimension to the sentiment bubbles.
(A Little Lovin', Nine Lives, Calorie Free, Slang Gang, Qwik Qwips, Clouds dies, Word Bubble dies)

Back to our regularly scheduled program...

Erin created this sweet greeting card with a daring color combo, but she totally pulled it off!!  It's comforting and bold all at the same time - I am diggin' it!!
(Botanicals 2, Kissables 1)

Teri mixed some really interesting papers which makes this card so much fun to "take in".  Loving the distressed images and papers along with the clean crisp/solid card stock.  The twine really "ties" her card together, literally :)
(Botanicals 1, Kissables 2, Captured Moments)

cute Sarah is back with us this week.  Check out this darling creation!  She stamped on the "Hello" word with two different inks...it almost looks like it's 3D!  Her ink splotches look likes holograms...how did she do that?!??  This is a freaking COOL card, nuff said ;)
(Hello Word dies (due back in stock today), Just a Note, Scripty Sayings, Kissables 2)

The screwdriver was invented before the screw.
Have a great day beauties!

Oh my goodness, I absolutely adore Emily's card!!  LOVE the vellum paper, the cool color combo, the hombre typewriter and background and perfectly placed gem - GUSH-worthy!!!
(Just a Note)

Laurie did a fantastic job of showing how easy our Cardbooking dies are to use on cards.  Her banner is FAB-ulous!!  I love the color on color pennants...and I love the CAS design :)
