During World War I, a Canadian soldier made a black bear his pet and named her Winnipeg. “Winnie” was later a resident of the London Zoological Gardens where she was an adored attraction, especially to a boy named Christopher Robin. The boy even named his teddy bear after her.

1.13 Sunday Recap

Hello, PS fans and friends!

Savannah O'Gwynn here with a quick recap to remind you to join us for one of our EASIEST challenges ever! Our January 2019 challenge is ANYTHING GOES. Click HERE for more details.
I apologize for not posting last week/Sunday. Trav's dad passed away on January 4th after several years of battling multiple cancers and COPD. I created a simple sympathy card (inspired by a Pinterest layout) for today's challenge entry. I do not like making these cards, but I know they bring so much comfort to those who are grieving. **I made another sympathy card for Trav; Kim will post it on the blog soon. Paper Smooches stamps/dies that I used: Sympathy Sampler, Reflections.
I hope that you will join in the fun. You can click HERE for details or link up below:)

That's it for me today. THANKS for stopping by! More inspiration and fun from the PS DT will be posted this week so be sure to stop back by.

Be blessed ❤️ Sav

In 1992 Hong Kong, a Mercedes-Benz was stolen every 5 hours. The theft and exporting of luxurious cars to China got so bad that Toyota began advertising in Chinese newspapers; stating that Lexus cars would breakdown after 20,000 miles if Chinese standard Leaded fuel was used. Not one was stolen.

American employees at large-sized companies (1000 or more employees) only spend 45 percent of their time actually “working”—that is, time spent on primary job duties and not on meetings, administrative tasks, and interruptions.
