One reason spicy foods are common in hot countries is that spicy foods make you sweat, which in turn helps you cool down faster. It’s a phenomenon called “gustatory hidrosis.”

In an episode of the Simpsons that aired in 2003, Homer gave his email address as ChunkyLover53@aol.com. The episode’s writer, Matt Selman, signed up for the ChunkyLover53 email address beforehand and within minutes of the show’s airing found his inbox packed to its 999-message limit.

There was also an episode of Futurama where Bender gave out his email address (bender@ilovebender.com) if you wrote, you got an automated message back from bender:

A man was snorkeling off the coast of South Africa when an enormous Bryde’s whale scooped him up in his mouth headfirst. The man felt pressure on his body but soon realized he was too big for the whale to swallow him whole which was “kind of an instant relief.” The whale spat him out unharmed.

6.9 Sunday Recap

Hello, sweet friends!

Savannah O'Gwynn here to share a quick recap of this week's PS posts, as well as sharing one of my own creations for this month's challenge.

Our new June PHOTO INSPIRATION challenge has started- get inspired by the design, colors, image, or change it and make it another fruit! Use whatever you want in this photo for your starting point. Details for this challenge can be found HERE or you can link up below.
I made some simple pineapple cards using patterned paper scraps. I saw a photo frame with a pineapple like this at the local Old Time Pottery store. I snapped a photo and thought to myself, "I could do that with my PS dies and scrap papers!" These scrap cards are great to welcome new neighbors, give to a friend/family who just bought a new house, or sending just a quick HELLO to anyone!
I used the following PS stamps/dies: Pineapple 2 die
You are invited to the Inlinkz link party!

That's it for me today. I hope you are enjoying the new PS June release projects by the PS DT!!!! I am blown away each month---> this team is so talented!!! I'm honestly not sure why Kim picked me- not even close to their talent! I'm blessed to work with these ladies ❤️

Be blessed ❤️ Sav
