When considering what to name Idaho, a man named George M. Willing suggested Idaho claiming it was an indigenous word meaning “Gem of the Mountains”. The name stuck. Afterwards it came out that it wasn’t an indigenous word and Willing made it up.

Sunday Recap 3.22

Hello, friends!

WOW! It has been one crazy month! I pray that you and your family are staying safe and healthy!

You would think that I would have lots of time in my craft studio while being self quarantined... but that has not been the case. I actually am the Administrative Assistant for our church (I have a real job too! LOL!). I've been super busy with communicating to our church body new details that come out each day, which leaves me zero time in the studio. I hope to play around soon because my card stash is LOW!

Kim posted a few days ago that she is careful to wash her hands and take precautions as she fills your orders. We appreciate your love and support for her small business! THANK YOU!

I've got a few things to share for our recap this week--- see below for details ⬇️

First, I have not heard from our last challenge winners. If you were a winner HERE, please email me at savannahland at comcast dot net to claim your prize. Please use the subject "WINNER". If you already sent me an email, please send another! THANKS!

Next, there's plenty of time to join in the fun with our ANIMAL challenge!!! You can see all the details HERE or link up below.

I created a card for our sweet friend, Audrey. She lost her cat, Malcolm, the day before my Olsen passed away.

I knew I had to make her a card using some of the PS Feline Friends stamps and dies. The large heart cut out was created using the Hello Love die cut!

It's a simple design but made with lots of love ❤️

PS supplies include: Feline Friends stamps/dies, Hello Love dies, Tiny Hearts dies

I hope you will join along with the fun- link up your creations using the ANIMAL theme as your inspriation HERE!
You are invited to the Inlinkz link party!

That's it for me today! I will be back to share more soon- be sure to scroll through some of our weekly posts for MORE inspiration from our talented DT! Beautiful creations!!!

Thanks for stopping by! Be blessed ❤️ Sav

My goodness with everything going on - I completely forgot to post here on Monday.
We are healthy in our household. Since it's just me filling orders, I am careful to wash my hands and take all precautions I can while filling orders. Being a small business owner is scary, so I truly appreciate all of your support during this challenging time. Please stay safe out there <3

When a bee hive becomes too full, bees will form a “Senate” comprised of older, more experienced bees to seek a new location. When a bee finds a good spot, it begins dancing to motion other bees toward it. Then, they vote on it by dancing as a collective until a consensus is reached.

Queen Elizabeth once went for a walk near her Balmoral estate with one of her protection officers and met some American tourists who didn’t recognise her. They asked her if she’d ever met the Queen and she said “No”, then pointed to her officer and said “he has”. They didn’t connect the dots.
